Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
By accessing or using SafeAdd, including the website at safeadd.org, the API at api.safeadd.io, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. SafeAdd is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
1) Service description
SafeAdd displays aggregated community safety signals and profile context for Roblox accounts. It is an informational service, not a law-enforcement, moderation, or identity-verification authority.
SafeAdd also provides a public API that allows developers to programmatically access aggregated profile data for use in their own tools and applications.
All signals represent personal community sentiment. They are not factual accusations, legal findings, or official reports. SafeAdd does not investigate or adjudicate individual claims.
2) Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction and to use the linked Roblox account. By verifying your Roblox account, you confirm that the account belongs to you. API access may be provided through account registration and key issuance.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, fabricated, or manipulated signals.
- Harass, threaten, defame, dox, target, stalk, or coordinate attacks against individuals.
- Coordinate brigading or score manipulation through fake or controlled accounts.
- Attempt to bypass anti-abuse protections, rate limits, or technical controls.
- Scrape or crawl the website in ways that harm service stability.
- Use SafeAdd or its API for unlawful purposes.
4) Community-signal limitations
Signals on SafeAdd are community sentiment and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. They are not verified factual accusations, legal conclusions, or guarantees of safety.
You are responsible for your own decisions when interacting with other users online.
5) API access
The SafeAdd API is provided to allow developers to build tools and applications that consume SafeAdd profile data. To use the API, you must register for an API key at api.safeadd.io.
API access is subject to rate limits. We may adjust limits, add, modify, or remove endpoints, and take abuse-prevention actions as needed for platform integrity.
6) API acceptable use
If you use the SafeAdd API, you agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access as a standalone competing data product.
- Use the API to facilitate harassment, coordinated targeting, or unfair exclusion.
- Publish manipulated, altered, or misrepresented versions of SafeAdd data.
- Circumvent rate limits using multiple keys, bots, proxies, or similar methods.
- Build or store bulk datasets from API responses without written permission.
- Use the API to train ML models for resale without written permission.
When displaying SafeAdd data in your application, make clear that the data comes from SafeAdd and reflects community sentiment, not verified facts.
7) Automated decisions and profiling
SafeAdd data must not be used as the sole basis for automated decisions that can harm an individual. You may not automatically ban, suspend, penalize, or otherwise impose consequential restrictions without human review of relevant context.
8) Developer responsibility and key security
You are solely responsible for how your application uses, displays, and stores API data, including compliance with applicable laws. Your API key is a credential and must be protected from exposure.
If you believe your key has been compromised, contact support@safeadd.org immediately so we can revoke and reissue it.
9) Enforcement and suspension
We may limit, suspend, or remove access where we reasonably believe there is abuse, manipulation, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
10) Third-party services
SafeAdd relies on third-party services and public APIs (including Roblox-related services). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11) Disclaimers
SafeAdd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12) Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, SafeAdd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on platform data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
13) Consumer and regional rights
If mandatory consumer or privacy law in your country, state, or province gives you rights that differ from these Terms, those mandatory rights prevail.
If you are in the EU/EEA, Poland, the UK, or US states with consumer privacy laws, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
14) Governing law and jurisdiction
Unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are submitted to the courts in Poland.
15) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
